DGL Manufacturing's First Solar Power AdBlue Tank With Cloud Based FMS

This is a 4800L Bulk AdBlue tank that we have refurbished at our Tauranga Production site (just south of Auckland) with a Battery Pack, Solar Powered Pump, Automatic Tank Gauge (ATG) and Fuel Management System (FMS). The unit can function at 100% for a 30-day period based on zero sunlight hours.

 

This is DGL Manufacturing’s 1  st solar powered AdBlue Tank with a cloud based FMS. This broadens our ability to supply Bulk AdBlue® to remote locations throughout New Zealand.

 

We have installed our first solar installation at a North Island Quarry site where electricity was not available. Wayne Shaw, Tauranga Production Manager, had a bespoke mounting system produced and fitted and commissioned the unit. Harley Baker, National Logistics Manager, was onsite for the final installation. It’s great to see another successful first installation for the AdBlue division.
